Modding-Optisch Snapfire Wheellock

Hallo.
This is my first Nerf mod - Snapfire turned wheellock.
The the stock is birchwood, the barrel and lock is steel, the lock is however not operational.
The nerf mechanism is cocked by pushing a ramrod into the barrel and uses a stronger spring.


I have since moved from modding to building the mechanisms from scratch, which allows for narrower barrels and more elaborate, working locks, like on this Rival shooting rifle.

Clever idea with solving the problem priming the blaster by ramming down the rod. Makes the whole experience with the blaster behave like the real life counterpart.

Jup, even though the steps are exactly reversed. First you ram, then you put in the bullet and then you pour in some powdered magnesium to get a "smoke" effect.

Intresting, even 'cause it's a wheel-Lock simulated pistole. Now, the same with a "simulated" flintlock, but who had a hammer what falls down...

I even have a wheellock gun, where the wheel spins correctly.


But these are no longer mods, so I don´t think it´s entirely appropriate to present them here.

As long as it's accelerating foam or water it belongs here, not just mods of existing blasters.

You can also find 3D printed or other homemade blasters here... As @Atomic Artisanry said, as long as it's a foam blaster this is the right showroom for your work by the way I think your builds are looking really nice and interesting

well, the "völkerschlacht" isn't that good... but depends on the sights. in the time of "rokoko", means the 18th century, that would also work really well - specially for a parade.
